Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Cancellation Window

You may cancel your booking and request a full refund within 48 hours of creating the booking.

2. Non-Refundable Period

After the initial 48-hour window has passed, all bookings become non-refundable. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for any refund.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.

4. No-Shows

Guests who do not check in on their scheduled arrival date (No-shows) will forfeit the entire booking amount.
